MEI (Formerly known as MEI-RELSA) was formed in January 2000 as a merger of MEI(Marketing English in Ireland) and RELSA (Recognized English Language Schools Association) which was established in 1969. It is an association of recognized English Language Schools in Ireland which offers a high level of service and quality and a wide range of English language programs to almost 200,000 students from all over the world each year. Quality is central to MEI's mission. All MEI schools are recognized by the Irish Department of Education through an inspection scheme administrated by ACELS. After an inspection by an Expert of the University, which is paying close attention to 11 aspects of teaching, the seal needs to be renewed every 2 years. |

FEDELE (Federación Española de Asociaciones de Escuelas de Español para Extranjeros) has a federal structure and is made up of six Associations of Spanish Schools for Foreigners. Each of these associations has its own legal characteristics, although there are common guidelines, a code of ethics for daily operations and monitored quality standards that apply to all. There are currently 75 language schools under the FEDELE umbrella, whose primary task is teaching Spanish for foreigners. |

ÖSD (Österreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch) was developed in 1994 with the initiative of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Culture. The exams are oriented around catalogues developed especially for the ÖSD of vocabulary, themes, structures and level descriptions of the “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages” (CEFR) and “Profile deutsch”. Today the ÖSD offers nine different exams on six levels. World-wide, over 40,000 candidates annually pass an ÖSD examination at one of the approximately 200 licensed Institutes. |

TestDaF (Test für Deutsch als Fremdsprache) TestDaF is a language examination at an advanced level which was developed by the Society for Academic Study Preparation and Test Development. The results are expressed in three TestDaF levels (TDN), 3, 4 and 5, which describe what skills you are expected to possess with regard to reading, writing, listening and speaking. The certificate is valid as a language qualification for admission to any university in Germany. |
