German language program for teens in Augsburg, Germany !

The German language program for teens allows international students aged 14-17 to study German all the while discovering a new country. The program is offered in Augsburg in Bavaria, which has 250,000 inhabitants. This university town offers a wide variety of attractions, entertainment and sports centers that will ensure that students are always busy and enjoying themselves.

Course

The classes focus on the needs of students and on communication.

Number of lessons: 20 lessons per week in summer, 24 lessons per week the rest of the year.
Students per group: maximum 15 students for the winter and summer programs, maximum 5 students per class the rest of the year
Level: Courses are offered to students with a German level from A1 to C1 (not available for 100% beginners).
Schedule: 9h to 12h30, Monday to Friday

Accommodation

Accommodation is offered in a German host family. Every student will be sharing a double room with a student of a different nationality as to insure that they practice German at any time. The accommodation with a host family includes full board and is available from the Sunday before classes start to Saturday after the end of the course. Families live in safe neighborhoods, at a distance of about 45 minutes from the school by public transport.

Activities

The program includes a range of activities and excursions. Students have free afternoons when they can visit the town with friends. For parents who do not want their children to be free in the afternoon, we will give you more information about a residential program upon request

Summer program: 4 weekly activities and 1 weekend excursion*(entry ticket included)

Winter Program: 3 weekly activities and 1 weekend excursion (entry ticket included)

Season Program: 2 weekly activities and 1 weekend excursion (entry ticket included)

*except on a Saturday departure

A local transportation card is included in the price.

Airport transfers not included (compulsory for minors traveling alone): Munich MUC 75 EUR per way for arrivals and departures between 8:00 and 20:00 00 in Summer and 110 EUR the rest of the year
For arrivals / departures before 8 am and after 8 pm: 35 EUR surcharge per way
Unaccompanied minors: 35 EUR surcharge per way
Special diet requirements: 35 EUR per week
